We all have new years resolutions (read mine here). But they just make sense when we stick to them and make sure they won't be among next years resolutions.

Of course, there are and will be days on which we struggle. But that's okay! We all have days like this. The keys is, not to give up despite days like this! 

So remember, each new day is another chance to change your life, chase your dreams and achieve your resolutions.

Don't give up when you struggle! 

Es ist wieder Montags-Zitat-Zeit!

Wir alle haben Neujahrsvorsätze (lies meine hier). Aber sie machen nur Sinn, wenn wir sie einhalten und sicher gehen, dass sie nicht nächstes Jahr wieder unter den Vorsätzen landen.

Sicherlich gibt es und wird es Tage geben, an denen alles nicht so läuft wie es soll. Aber das ist in Ordnung! Wir haben alle Tage wie diese. Der Schlüssel ist, nicht aufzugeben trotz Tagen wie diesen!

Also denkt dran, jeder neue Tag ist eine neue Chance dein Leben zu ändern, deine Träume zu verfolgen und deine Vorsätze zu erreichen. Gebt nicht auf, wenn ihr strauchelt!

Soon I will write my exams at university. All of you know those phases where you just don't want to study anymore. And that's where today's Monday quote comes in: Keep going, no matter what!

Because that is what we actually want, right? (I know, It sometimes doesn't feel like we want THAT.) Why would we do/study what we do,  if we don't see the purpose we do it. And if we know the purpose of, maybe an exhausting task, it is easier to keep going. 

So - Keep going peeps! (I will as well)

Happy monday peeps.

Those of you who read my blog before know that I am a fan of fresh starts. So days like today are exiting. I mean, it is Monday and a new morning (obviously). Two perfect occasions to start all over. 

This time my goal is to get up earlier. The six points you see above are a good inspiration to boost your motivation and to really achieve my goal.

Time to start chasing my dreams with goal setting and plans and not only sleep and dream about them.

Hey there peeps.

Its monday again and most of us could need some motivation on a monday, right? 

With this quote it is a bit easier to start into this week. 

If you are not motivated it may be because you don't have goals and dreams to reach out for. So first question to ask yourself: What do I want? 

Yes, that's a big one, I know. But when you know what you really want and you know what you have to do to get there, it can motivate you and make monday a piece of cake.

Think about it and make yourself aware of it every morning! 

(And yes, I totally listen to myself here!)

Es ist wiedermal Montag und die meisten von uns könnten etwas Motivation ganz gut gebrauchen, nicht wahr?

Mit diesem Zitat wird der Start in diese Woche ein bisschen leichter. Wenn du nicht motiviert bist, könnte es daran liegen, dass du keine Ziele und Träume hast, nach denen du streben kannst. Also sollte die erste Frage die du dir stellst sein: Was will ICH?

Ja, ich weiss, das ist eine grosse Frage. Aber wenn du weisst, was du wirklich willst und wenn du weisst, wie du dahin kommst, kann es dich motivieren und den Montag jeweils zu einem Klacks machen.

Denk darüber nach und mach dir das jeden Morgen erneut bewusst! 

(Und ja, ich höre mir selbst hier gerade ganz genau zu!)
