Hey there peeps.

Look whats for dinner tonight. Fish Tacos!
Who says healthy food is not delicious? These yummies are definitely proving that healthy food IS delicious.
Do you want to try them out yourself?

Here you go:

FISH TACOS (recipe by me)
1 (biiiig) portion

Ingredients:

3 Soft corn tacos
1 filet of Pangasius fish (or another white fish you like)
Grated coconut
Spelt flour
1 egg
Coconut oil
1 diced avocado
Grated carrots
Himalaya salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper
Sour cream
Curry
Applesauce
1 Lime
And more seasoning you like

Fish:
Cut the Pangasius filet in little pieces. First turn them in the spelt flour, then in the whisked egg and in the end in the grated coconut. When you are finished with all the pieces, fry them in a tablespoon of coconut oil until they are golden brown. When done let the excess oil drop off on a papertowel.

Sauce:
Mix the sour cream with the curry, salt and pepper and add a little bit applesauce.

Now fill the soft corn tacos with the avocado, the grated carrots and the seasonings/spices. Add the fish and drizzle the sauce over it.
Slice up a lime and serve.

Enjoy!
